KEY EXPERIENCE

Mr. Al-Jamal brings over 23 years of experience in civil and transportation

management and design including land development, commercial buildings

and other public and private projects. As a Professional engineer and

Manager and being internationally and nationally recognized for major

contribution in civil and transportation management and design. Luay was

asked and presented to MEED (Middle East Business Intelligence)

participants in October of 2008 about integration of inter modal surface and

subsurface transportation systems (see attached). Luay was involved in the

design of Billions of dollars worth of civil and transportation work

throughout Washington, Oregon, California, and Oklahoma. Currently he is

head of the Engineering / Client office at HNTB Corporation in San

Francisco.
