IV. Project Definition

TIPP is a strategic organization. That is, with its focus on its mission, it identifies what is missing that would move the process forward.  It then develops strategic initiatives that will create quantum leaps toward an equitable and enduring peace between the two sides. What is missing in this conflict now is a common narrative that honors each side's religious, ethnic and national values.  This powerful cycle of transformation, as outlined in Section I. Overview, is completed each time for every initiative created in the project.
